Airport to Hotel :
Take I-5 southbound. Get off at Exit 149, the Kent exit. At the end of the ramp, take a left onto the Kent-Des Moines Rd. Go down three lights, and take a left on Meeker St. We are located just a quarter of a mile down Meeker St., on the left hand side.

Parking was to small for a regular size truck or car unless you wanted your vehicle dented by other drivers. Parking stalls was the size of a Smart Car. I asked to be picked up at the AirPort and got the run around from the desk clerk, he didn't know if the shuttle was running. He put me on hold and never got back to me for 15 min. I called back and he said to wait for a Gray, Black or white van, that never showed up on the time I asked for to be picked up! I had to take a cab and found out from the night time desk person that he never even scheduled a ride for my! Enough said for Quility Inns!!!

The room was okay. It smelled of smoke even though it was a non-smoking room. When I called to get the shuttle to come pick me up from the airport I had to call 5-6 times before the front desk clerk picked up and then she gave me incorrect information about the pick up spot. When I called back to clarify and said she had told me a different number she simply said "no". "Maybe you accidentally got the number wrong" response "no". Weird. Normally in customer service they might say "I'm so sorry there must have been a miscommunication". Maybe she needs more training.

The staff was unprofessional, the tub didn't drain. When I called for a shuttle I was told where to go but not what to look for. When I didn't see a shuttle with the hotel name I tried to call back several times and the front desk wouldn't answer the phone. Turns out the "shuttle" was an unmarked van with a piece of paper taped to the window that said "Seatac Parking" I had to approach the driver to find out where he was going. After 30+ hrs of travel I had to wait over an hour for the shuttle that was sketchy at best.
