This lot is unable to accept any full-sized trucks, motorcycles, motorhomes, hitch mount bike racks, or trailers.
Be sure to use the manned checkout line and present your PRINTED RESERVATION RECEIPT to the cashier. Credit cannot be given for your reservation if you do not present voucher to cashier!
- **ATTENTION**: YOU MUST HAND YOUR PAID VOUCHER TO THE CASHIER WHEN YOU PICK UP YOUR VEHICLE! NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED BY MASTERPARK FOR PARKING CHARGES!
- The lot does not accept full-sized trucks, motorcycles, motorhomes, trailers or ignition interlocks.
- **PLEASE NOTE**: For vehicles that have them, please remove any hitches and bike racks

Please pull in to the large, covered vehicle drop off and retrieval area for the lot designated on your reservation confirmation. You will be greeted by a valet who will assist with your luggage. Be sure to have a printed copy of your confirmation to show valet, who will give you a ticket from the lot. You will leave your keys with the car and they will assist you to the waiting shuttle.
